We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with at least one year of professional home health nursing experience to join our Central Tampa team.
This is a flexible, part-time position averaging approximately 8–10 hours per week, with Thursday morning availability required for New Hire Orientation. Benefits Flexible schedule outside of required Thursday mornings Immediate start Competitive pay Referral bonuses (vary by location) Monthly appreciation prizes and drawings Weekly pay Responsibilities and Duties Review and sign off on client care plans Participate in and assist with New Hire Orientation on Thursday mornings Conduct supervisory visits in clients' homes Complete required documentation accurately and on time Work approximately 8–10 hours per week on average Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 1 year of professional home health nursing experience working as an RN REQUIRED Must be available Thursday mornings for New Hire Orientation Active, unrestricted RN license Previous experience conducting in-home assessments and supervisory visits preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Patience, professionalism, and attention to detail Ability to work independently Willingness and ability to travel to clients' homes Ability to pass required background screening A genuine passion for helping others Important Scheduling Requirements This position offers flexibility; however, Thursday morning availability is mandatory to assist with New Hire Orientation. Additional hours will be scheduled based on client needs and supervisory visits.
