Salary: $96,880 - 145,090 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus 3–5 years of related experience
• Experience supporting printing in production environments, including pre-sales and post-sales support
• Certified G7 Expert and Certified Color Management Professional Master
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record; minimum auto insurance coverage may be required
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally, including overnight stays
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Boca Raton, Florida
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States at the time of hire; we do not pursue or support visa sponsorship

• Assist Regional Color Advisors with designing, integrating, and delivering complex software and inkjet solutions in customer environments, using industry-standard color management approaches and supporting multi-vendor integrations and advanced color workflows in Graphic Arts and TDM environments
• Provide partner product support to internal and external customers across the assigned region, and explain complex technical solutions clearly
• Help develop approaches for onboarding new color applications and increasing inkjet utilization; support regional sales opportunities as a color expert and help move print volume from competing devices to Canon equipment
• Design application workflows that automate data preparation, preflighting, postal processing, and finishing using finishing-device interfaces, JDF/JMF, and available software APIs
• Communicate product requirements, capability gaps, market expectations, and issues to Product Development teams as part of our Americas RSHQ responsibilities
• Provide advanced software product training and problem resolution for Canon teams in Canada, Mexico, and Latin America
• Deliver high-quality work alongside our National Support Team
• Provide post-sales implementation services and 24/7 support, including after-hours coverage
• Actively assist customers with application onboarding to help increase print volumes
